Buccleuch Scotch Beef is carefully selected from the finest Scottish Beef Cattle. Buccleuch Scotch Beef is a fantastic menu item to highlight to your customers the fine quality ingredients your establishment serves.


All animals are either steer or heifer with no OTM (over thirty months) or bulls. They are grass fed and selected based on a set of strict criteria, to ensure the highest level of consistency and quality. All Buccleuch Beef is fully traceable.

Seal of Approval

This quality combined with the dry ageing process of 28 days and careful butchery is what gives this product the Buccleuch seal of approval.


Supply of Buccleuch Beef is exclusively by Campbell Brothers, located on the outskirts of Edinburgh. Campbell Brothers also operate the butchers counter of Selfridges Food Hall in London where Buccleuch Beef is available for sale to all.

Buccleuch Scotch Beef is available exclusively from Campbell Brothers and is carefully prepared to your specifications. Fine cuts available of sirloins, fillets, ribs, and rump.
